Baan Mandala is a luxury condominium development located in the Cherngtalay area of Phuket. One of the property owners recently engaged us to do a full renovation of their condo.
The renovation of the Mandala Condo is a great example of our full turnkey service that provides design and construction from start to finish. The project involved the complete gutting and rebuilding of the interior and patio area of the unit.
The design of the renovated condo features teak built-ins and joinery, as well as custom furniture, giving it a unique and luxurious feel. When we first arrived at Villa Vista, we were struck by the potential that the villa held. We were able to source high-quality reclaimed teak from trusted suppliers, and our team of skilled craftsmen worked tirelessly to turn this raw material into beautiful, bespoke joinery and loose furniture pieces for the villa.
One of our most significant contributions to the project was the creation of the walk-in wardrobe for the master bedroom. We installed a range of custom-built shelving and hanging space to ensure that the owners had ample room for all of their belongings.
We also crafted a range of other bespoke pieces for Villa Vista. These included custom bedheads, which added a touch of luxury to the bedrooms, and custom furniture pieces that were designed to complement the overall aesthetic of the villa. We also created a teak stairway, which served as a centrepiece for the villa and added to its overall charm and character.
